Quinn Announces Special Election Plans

The dates for a special election to replace former Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. have been set.
A primary will be held Feb. 26, followed by a general election March 19. But, that could change.
Quinn says he'll work with lawmakers to change the law so the general election can be held April 9, the same date as the state's general election.
Last week, Jackson, Jr. resigned from office citing health reasons.
