Rockford Man Shot In Foot, Then Robbed

Rockford - A local man is shot in the foot during an armed robbery at an apartment complex on Auburn Street.
It happened around 8:30pm at Auburn Manor on the 4100 block of Auburn Street. The victim was robbed then shot in the foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, 21 years-old, 5'8", 175 lbs, with a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
He was last seen running toward the back of the building.
