Rockford Robber Sentenced For Attacking Senior Citizen

Rockford - A local man will spend the next 18 years in the Department of Corrections.
Robert Barr, 61, assaulted and robbed an elderly woman at an ATM last April. He choked her then threw to the ground and took the money she withdrew.
He was arrested a few hours later when she identified him during a photo line-up.
