NIU Fraternity Brothers Appear in Court

Four
members of the Pi Kappa Alpha house at NIU were charged with hazing following
the death of fraternity pledge David Bogenberger, 19.
Police
say Bogenberger had a blood alcohol level about 5 times the legal limit when he
died. He was at a party where pledges were required to go from room to room
chugging alcohol. The Pi Kappa Alpha chapter was suspended following Bogenberger's
death. 31 students face disciplinary hearings.
