Winn. Co. - 2013 so far is being friendly to your wallet as far as gas prices go.
On average, you can fill up your tank for about $3.30/gal, that's nearly .20 lower than it was two months ago.
The downward trend is a welcome sight across the state. But, it's still expensive at $3.36/gal.
