Springfield - Driver's licenses for illegal immigrants is one signature away from happening.
The measure now goes to Governor Pat Quinn who says he will sign it. The licenses can't be used to buy a gun, vote, or board a plane.
Anyone applying for a license would have to prove they've lived in the state for at least a year.
