Suspected Armed Robber, Carjacker On the Loose in Beloit

Beloit, WI - Police are on the lookout for a man they say stole his victim's money and car.
It happened in the 400 block of Public Avenue. Investigators say the suspect held up the victim at an ATM, then forced him to give him a ride a few blocks away to Horace White Park, where he ordered him out of the car and drove off.
The victim was not hurt and the car was recovered. But, the suspect is still at large. He's described as a black male, 5'7, with a slim build.
