Rockford Mental Health Facility Will Not Re-open

Rockford - The Singer Mental Health Center's last hope to re-open comes up short.
A judge threw out a lawsuit by the Illinois Nurses Association to grant an emergency stay to delay its closure. The judge said an action like that can only be taken for facilities that are still open.
Singer closed back in October.
