Rockford Number 2 in Illinois When It Comes To Prostitution

A new study released from the Chicago Alliance Against
Sexual Exploitation puts Rockford Illinois ; and Rockford
Lt. Pat Hoey from the Rockford Police Department said "prostitution has always been an issue for Rockford police", but cites that due to recent tactics and a crack down on the would be customers, the number of complaints has dropped nearly 20% , saying " we know if you reduce the demand the supply is not going to be there".
