Janesville Man Arrested for Drunken Driving for 4th Time

JANESVILLE -- A man driving on a revoked license for OWI was arrested early Monday morning for his fourth OWI, but because of the time which had passed since his last drunken driving arrest, police say he will only face misdemeanor charges. 41-year-old Timothy Willger was pulled over in the area of Milton Ave. and Humes Rd. at around 1:30am. The officer reported that Willger smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot, glassy eyes. Police say he denied drinking at first but later admitted he had been.
Willger was arrested after field sobriety tests were given. His BAC results from a blood test are still pending.
He faces OWI 4th offense charges and driving on a revoked license.
