Ryan International Airlines Out At Rockford Airport

Rockford - The Chicago/Rockford International Airport loses one of its carriers.
Ryan International Airlines notified RFD today they're ceasing all operations at the airport. Airport Executive Director Mike Dunn says it's not a surprise since Ryan filed for bankruptcy nearly a year ago.
Dunn says he hopes to find a replacement soon.
Ryan airlines specialized in transporting military troops.
