DeKalb - Northern Illinois University President, John Peters, weighs in on Vice President Joe Biden's task force to reduce gun violence.
Peters says he wants stricter licensing and registration laws, especially when it comes to those with mental health issues. He also suggests data sharing.
Peters was President of NIU in 2008 when a gunman opened fire in Cole Hall, killing five people.
