Rockford Families Learn About College Financial Aid

Rockford - Many high school seniors are getting ready for college. But, for some, paying for school can be just as hard as getting in.
To help ease the burden the Rockford Public Library and the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois hosted a scholarship fair at the Sullivan Center downtown.
Students and parents learned what kind of financial aid packages are available to them, as well as how to apply. Organizers say the fair was a huge success.
