Coroner Identifies Dead Body

Winnebago County Coroner Sue Fiduccia has identified the dead body as Kenneth Kotouc, 35, of Florida. Kotouc was last seen Tuesday at an alcoholics treatment program. Police found the body around 11:00 A.M. Wednesday frozen in a ditch near Riverside Blvd. and Rockton Rd.
Foul play is not believed to be a factor in Kotouc's death.
