Nicholas Sheley Given Second Life Sentence For 2008 Murder

Convicted murderer Nicholas T. Sheley was sentenced to life in prison for beating Russell Reed to death in June 2008.
This sentence is on top of a sentence Sheley is already serving for killing Ronald Randall, 65, shortly after killing Reed.
Sheley did not make a statement before he was sentenced. He'll have 30 days to file an appeal. Judge F. Michael Meersman also denied a motion for a new trial.
