Dixon to Sue Accounting Firm; Claims it Knew of Crundwell's 'Secret Account'

Dixon's attorney says that CliftonLarsonAllen knew about Crundwell's secret bank account as early as 2010, and did not investigate it. The city is seeking damages of up to $53 million.

Crundwell used the private account to siphon nearly $54 million dollars from Dixon. She's since pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud charges, and faces up to 20 years in prison.
