Rockford Man Survives Drive-By Shooting

Rockford - A man escapes with his life after a drive-by shooting early this morning.
It happened at 12:25am in the 1000 block of Sunset Avenue. Police say the victim was sitting in his car, that's when a car pulled up beside him and someone opened fire.
The victim was shot in the shoulder. The wound is non-life threatening. Police have no suspects at this time.
