Madison, WI - A federal appeals court upholds Gov. Scott Walker's (R) law to strip public workers of nearly all of their collective bargaining rights.
It says the law is constitutional. In response, the National Right To Work Foundation want lawmakers to pass a law so workers don't have to pay dues to be a part of a union.
But, Walker says he won't pursue that law this year.
