Winnebago Co. Hardest Hit By Flu

Winn. Co. - We know the flu is bad this season, but no one in Illinois has it worse than we do.
Rockford Health Systems say Winnebago County has the highest number of flu cases in the state. Health officials stress it's not too late to get a flu shot. Even though it's only 60% effective, it does reduce the severity if you get sick.
So far, 50 people have died across the state and nearly 500 are in intensive care.
