Rockford Offers Weatherization Program

Rockford- Designed to help low income residents with heating their homes, the program offers upgrades to houses such as weather stripping, insulation and window and door repairs. Contractors will inspect heating systems. To apply go to the Rockford Human Services department at 555 North Court Street, Suite 201 on Friday's from 8:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. or call (815) 987-5711.
