Five Arrested For Home Invasion

On January 20th, the Loves Park Police Department responded to a residence in the 7200 block of Sue Lane for a home invasion.
Five people were charged with home invasion, residential burglary and mob action. They were lodged on these charges in the Winnebago County Jail.
The following individuals were arrested:
- Ricky Haviland Jr., 19
- Ricky Haviland Sr., 41
- Terry Swafford, 32
- Alan Menting, 38
- Rhonda Menting, 42
