A pair of shootings in the Stateline keep police busy.
In one of them, three homes in Rockford were hit. Police say the shots were fired in the 500 and 600 blocks of Indiana Ave. around 2pm. Initial reports were that 10 shots were fired by a Hispanic man either from an SUV or minivan.
No one was hurt. It's unclear if the gunman was aiming for someone on the street.
In Beloit, two people were taken to the hospital after a shooting at the Silver Slipper Saloon yesterday. Police were close by and actually heard the gunshots.
They arrived quickly on scene and arrested three people: Antwaan Griffin, Leanthony Lilly, and John Griffin. All three are from Rockford.
