Autopsies In For Two Women Killed In Car Accident Over The Weekend

Rockford - The autopsies are in for two women who died in a car accident over the weekend.
The coroner says 20 year-old Shakiyla Ellis died from head injuries and 23 year-old Desiree Mannery died from trauma to her head and chest.
The crash happened at 2am on Saturday in the 900 block of S. Winnebago Street. A third person was in the car, the driver. He was taken to the hospital after being extricated. His condition is unknown at this time.
