Former Rockford Official Indicted On Federal Charges

Rockford - The city's former Energy Director is indicted on federal charges.
Mark Bixby, 57, is accused of using his connection with the state's Home Weatherization Assistance Program to defraud contractors out of thousands of dollars.
Bixby is also accused of accepting bribes and committing extortion. He'll be arraigned in federal court next Monday.
