13 Year-Old Involved In Loves Park Crash To Be Charged As Adult

Loves Park - Charges are issued against a 13 year-old girl accused of stealing a car, which led to a violent crash.
The crash happened a few weeks ago on N. 2nd Street. The teen faces several charges, including aggravated DUI, reckless driving, and being under the influence of drugs. She'll be charged as an adult.
The teen is also charged with theft and possession of a stolen vehicle, but is only being charged as a juvenile. She's currently being held in juvenile detention.
