Beloit Police Issue Warrant For Cemetery Thefts

In December, police investigated thefts of cemetery grave vases and military markers stolen from East Lawn Cemetery. Based on the investigation, an arrest warrant for Kristopher Kaehler was obtained.
The warrant charges Kaehler with criminal damage and theft over $10,000.
Beloit Police have recovered 181 vases and 112 military grave markers from the scrap yards. Anyone with information on Kaehler is urged to contact the Rock County Dispatch Center (815) 757-2244.
