Rockford - A second mistrial is declared in a murder case.
Jurors in the trial of Jesse Herrera, 24, say there's not enough evidence to convict him. Herrera was accused of killing 34 year-old Kerry Davis back in 2009.
Police found Davis in the 800 block of King Street with a gunshot wound to the chest. It's unknown if the state will pursue a third trial against Herrera.
