Two Suspected Burglars Allegedly Caught In The Act

Rockford - A pair of suspected burglars are in custody after being caught in the act.
Police arrested Felipe Hernandez, 30, and Robert Rees, 47. A neighbor says he saw them breaking into an abandoned business at 422 Kishwaukee Street and called police.
They're charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools.
