Subway comes up short. Now, they're being taken to court.
Angry customers are suing the sandwich shop for what they're calling deceptive practices. It's because they're sandwiches aren't as long as the restaurant says they are. A footlong sandwich is actually 11.75 inches long and a six-inch sandwich is really 5.75 inches long.
The lawsuits were filed in Chicago and New Jersey.
