One Driver Ticketed In West Rockford Car Accident

Rockford - Two cars collide sending one spinning out of control and the other into a patch of trees.
It happened near the intersection of Springfield and W. State Street. Witnesses say the driver of a Chrysler 300 crossed the center line and hit a blue Chevy Lumina.
The Lumina's tire fell off and the drifted 300 feet before crashing into the trees.
The Chrysler's driver was ticketed with reckless driving. No one was hurt.
