Finding a job in today's market isn't the easiest thing to do and as it turns out your college degree could be the problem.
Nearly 50% of all college graduates are overqualified for the jobs out there making employers think twice before hiring them, that's according to the Center for College Affordability and Productivity.
Analysts predict underemployment may get worse in the future.
