ROCKFORD - Shocked to say the least, many
people spent Tuesday riding in their cars with the windows down, that is at least
until it started raining. But even then,
people were still confused if it was winter or spring.

morning, and by around 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. only the white stuff will be falling. So, be sure to have your coat with you and be
prepared for dramatically different temperatures.
