Stillman Valley - Under pressure from a federal lawsuit, two Meridian School District leaders step down.
Superintendent Dr. Robert Morelan and Asst. Superintendent Tom Gaudreau resigned last night, effective immediately.
The district refused to elaborate.
In the meantime, the board is contacting several candidates to finish the year. The Regional Office of Education will help find permanent replacements.
