The Obama
Administration announced Friday that there's a new proposed rule to eliminate
the so called "four part test" for what constitutes an exempted
religious employer. It also broadens the definition of organizations eligible
to opt-out of contraceptive coverage.
The group, Catholics
United, says it's a victory for the church. Women would still be able to
receive contraception coverage at no charge.
