Groundhog Does Not See his Shadow

Chuck is on the same page as the more well-known Punxsutawney Phil in Pennsylvania. Neither of them saw their shadows this morning, which means an early spring according to the old tradition. People who were outside in freezing temperatures for the celebrations may have trouble believing them. The tradition with Staten Island Chuck has been around for 32 years. The Pennsylvania celebration has been around for almost 130 years
