Rockford Park District Mulls Idea For New Adventure Park

Rockford - City leaders debates converting a former golf course into an adventure park.
The Park District wants to turn the former Alpine Hills Golf Course's 51 acres into a golf training ground and winter activity center, including tubing, snowboarding, and tobogganing.
The district got a $400,000 state grant to help pay for it.
