Rockford Man Found Dead Identified

Rockford - A local man found dead near the Morgan Street Bridge is identified.
He is Wade Quam, 51 of Rockford. A construction worker found him yesterday. Quam had lacerations to his head, although that's not considered to be the cause of death.
Police are not ruling his death a homicide yet. Investigators say the autopsy still needs to be completed.
