Dixon - Rita Crundwell, the city's former comptroller who stole more than $50 million from taxpayers, wants a judge to take it easy on her.
She's scheduled to be sentenced next week. Crundwell could get up to 20 years in prison for wire fraud. Her lawyer says she deserves leniency because of her cooperation with investigators, as well as her age.
Crundwell is 60 years old.

I agree. Reduce the sentance to 10 years after she pays back the 30 million dollars balance she still owes after all her assets were auctioned off.
