Roads Icing up, Police Urge Caution

A freezing rain advisory is effective for the area until 10 a.m.
Stateline roads are icing up at this time.
Rockford Police issued a warning for drivers to slow down, allow extra time to arrive at your destination and use caution at intersections and hills.
