Car Hits House, Icy Road a Factor

Icy road conditions cause a truck to crash into a home early this morning.
It happend right before 5 a.m. in the 4100 block of Shirley Road in Rockford.
The impact created a hole so big you can see the basement.
Neighbors said drivers need to be more careful when the road becomes slippery.
