Officers arrived on scene around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday and found a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu rolled over on its passenger side in the middle of the roadway on W. State Highway 59 about .2 miles east of N. State Highway 104.

Police located a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville in a ditch off the highway with severe front end damage.  Occupants in both vehicles were trapped.

The driver of the Malibu was found to be unresponsive and a Med-Flight Helicopter was called in.  Med-Flight doctors pronounced him dead at the scene.  A passenger of the Malibu and the driver of the Bonneville were taken to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators determined that the Malibu lost control around a curve, swerved into the oncoming lane and crashed into the Bonneville.

The names of those involved are not being released until family is notified.
