Police Search For Burglary Suspect In Janesville

Janesville Police are using surveillance video to assist in finding a man who broke into Julie and Ray's Liquor Store on February 12th.

Around 2:00 A.M. police responded to 1621 W. Court St. and found a smashed out window on the north side of the store.  Surveillance video shows the suspect entering the store through the drive up window, placing numerous packs of cigarettes and liquor bottles in a bag and fleeing through the same window.  The suspect was only in the store for about one minute.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'8" to 5'10" wearing a solid colored winter coat with the hood over his head. He was also wearing jeans, black tennis shoes with white soles, and black rimmed glasses.
