WI Cop Accused of Sexual Assault with Teen

Mount Horeb police lieutenant, Dennis Jenks, is awaiting formal charges after being accused of sexually abusing a 14 year old boy.
Forty-four year old Jenks was released on signature bond on Friday. He was arrested last Wednesday.
Police reports also indicate the two have been involved since September until Jenks' arrest.
Jenks has been suspended from his job and isn't allowed to have any weapons.
Prosecutors have until Thursday to file a criminal complaint.
Jenks joined the Mount Horeb police department in 2000.
Both Madison and Mount Horeb police departments are investigating.
