U.S. Housing Market Construction Slowing Down

Fewer homes are popping up around the country.
The Commerce Dept. says home construction dropped 8.5% last month. Analysts, though, say it's not a surprise. They credit the warm weather in December for the housing boom that month. But, in January temperatures dropped.
New home construction is expected to pick up by the spring.
