Drew Peterson Sentenced To 38 Years In Prison

Judge Burmila has sentenced the former suburban Chicago police officer for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
During the sentencing, Peterson yelled out, "I did not kill Kathleen!" Someone in the courtroom yelled in reply, "Yes you did!" Judge Burmila ordered that person to leave the courtroom.
Peterson's legal team argued earlier in the day for a new trial on the grounds that his former attorney botched the case.
