Update: Two Women In Critical Condition After Crash

Two women are in critical condition after being involved in an accident on U.S. 20 near Belvidere.
Police say that a semi driven by Elias Salmons, 47, from Indiana ran a traffic signal and struck a mini van.A 67 year old driver 40 year old passenger were taken to OSF Saint Anthony's in critical condition.
The women were heading southbound on Pearl St. and were crossing U.S. 20 when they were hit. Both victims are from Belvidere.
