Two More Crundwell Properties Sell

Rita Crundwell's bought one of her two properties up for sale. The sales of Dixon's former Comptroller's properties closed Monday.
A house and 40 acres of farmland at 1403 Dutch Rd. was purchased by her brother, Richard Humphrey Sr. for $610,001. The property at 1679 U.S. Route 52 was purchased by Wesley and Tammi Sherman for $400,000.
Crundwell was sentenced to more than 19 years in prison for stealing millions from the city of Dixon.
All four of Crundwell's properties have now been sold, for a total of $3,415,376.
