Winnebago, Illinois-What does a Super Bowl Champion do in his offseason? If he's Byron's Sean Considine of the Baltimore Ravens he stays very busy.

Thursday Considine appeared at Winnebago High School speaking to the student body. Wednesday night he appeared at an event for Rockford Mayor Larry Morrissey. And more appearances are ahead.

Considine joked that he might have to hire a secretary to help him organize his schedule.

At Winnebago Considine told the students that Super Bowls are't only for football players. The students need to strive for their own Super Bowl.

The assembly was held as part of Winnebago's Pay It Forward/Inspire Change week. Students are honoring the memories of former classmates Ben Johnson and Cole Trusler. They passed away in 2010 and 2011.

Considines says we all have a choice in how we respond to adversity. He mentioned a former friend and classmate of his at Byron who died of cancer. He also observed how several of his Ravens teammates overcame adversity on their way to the Super Bowl.
