Rockford - The first phase to revamp the Rockford School District is about to get underway.
The district will soon release for sale $100 million in bonds. Residents can invest in them RPS says buyers will get back 100% of what they put in, plus interest.
It's all part of the $300 million referendum voters approved back in November.
