Springfield - Talking on your cell phone while driving could soon be illegal.
The House passed the measure this afternoon. The bill would only allow drivers to use a phone if it's hands free. Critics say it's unfair for those with hearing problems or others who can't afford high-tech phones.
The measure now moves on to the Senate.
